Very nice and polite people working there had some used tires for me replaced them really quick and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place in you are getting low on tread or need tires stat.

Not enough bad comments here. To many glazing of the one time they might of helped. Overpriced and lack of any leadership. Dont come here for your own safety. Also told be 10 dollars to toss an old tire when they’ll tell someone else 5 dollars, so of they’re in the mood they might do you a favor, how nice of them lol.

My Experience at Frank Tire shop was nice, unfortunately there service is not it I had my wheels unbalanced very slightly, I came here thinking I was getting quality service just to leave there tire shop disappointed and having unbalanced wheels, I was having death wobble in highway speeds, I told the guy but he just look like he just there to get paid not to give quality so In the end I just felt scammed out of $40 bucks, I decided to just take it to another shop hoping they can figure out what’s wrong with my wheels aka “Negretes tire shop” and they did excellent work they told me this shop had All 4 wheels were improperly balanced, they even laughed at the work. I would rather spend my money here knowing I’m getting for what I paid.

Went in today 08/12/2024 they were very hospitable and no complaints of the price of service.I came in because there was a small screw in my tire, they checked it and said there was no leak and the screw did not pierce through. The technician offered he can patch the hole of the tire to prevent problems in the future so I agreed. I noticed he took off the tire manually and had trouble taking it off another tech had to instuct him and assist him and showed him how it should be done but the other tech eventually took over.I inspected my rims and it was damaged.

They did what Discount Tire Couldn't! Helped me out Big time and they took care of me and my Family before my Vacation! I was leaving for vacation and needed new tires. I recently bought a used car and didn't have the key for wheel lock. Frank was able to take the locks off and it was a difficult job! Frank got it Done!!! Fair & reasonable price! Super happy with the outcome! I will be back!
